The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I, therefore, process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR). In this data protection information, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on my website.
Basic information on visiting my website
You can visit my website without providing any personal information. Every time my website is accessed, usage data is transmitted through the respective internet browser and in log files - the so-called server log files, e.g. Date and time of access, name of the page accessed, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider - saved. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person and is only used to ensure the trouble-free operation of my website and to improve my offer.
TLS encryption with https
TLS, encryption and https sound and are very technical. We use HTTPS (the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure stands for "secure hypertext transfer protocol") to transfer data securely on the Internet. This means that the complete transfer of all data from your browser to our web server is secured - nobody can "eavesdrop".
We have thus introduced an additional security layer and comply with data protection through technology design (Article 25 (1) GDPR) By using TLS (Transport Layer Security), an encryption protocol for secure data transmission on the Internet, we can ensure the protection of confidential data. You can recognize the use of this data transmission security by the small lock symbol in the top left of the browser to the left of the Internet address (e.g. exampleseite.de) and the use of the https scheme (instead of http) as part of our Internet address. If you would like to know more about encryption, we recommend the Google search for "Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure wiki" to get good links to further information.
Use of Matomo
This offer uses Matomo, an open-source software for statistical evaluation of user access. Matomo uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on the user's computer and that enable an analysis of the use of the website by the user. The information generated by cookies about the use of this offer is stored on the provider's server in Germany. The IP address is anonymized immediately after processing and before it is saved. When you visit my website, you decide whether you consent to the use of the statistical cookies described here. My concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of my offer and my website. As the privacy of my visitors is important to me, the user data is anonymized as already mentioned. The user data is stored for a period of 1 year.
Collection and processing of personal data
If you contact me using the contact form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored in the address book of my mail program for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent.
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. The Google Maps maps on this website are used in a way that only a preview image is displayed. An interactive version of the map is only loaded when the image is clicked. Only then will data be transferred between your browser and Google Inc.
Why do I use Google Maps on my website?
All my efforts on this page are aimed at offering you a useful and meaningful time on my website. By integrating Google Maps, I can provide you with the most important information about the location of my agency. You can see at a glance where my company is located. The directions always show you the best or fastest way to the apartment. You can get directions for routes by car, public transport, on foot or by bike. For me, the provision of Google Maps is part of my customer service.
What data does Google Maps store after you click on the map?
In order for Google Maps to be able to offer its full service, the company must record and store data about you. This includes, among other things, the search terms entered, your IP address and the latitude and longitude coordinates. If you use the route planner function, the entered start address is also saved. However, this data storage happens on the Google Maps website. I can only inform you about it, but I have no influence. Since I have integrated Google Maps into my website, Google sets at least one cookie (name: NID) in your browser after you click on the preview map. This cookie stores data about your user behavior. Google primarily uses this data to optimize its own services and to provide individual, personalized advertising for you.
No use of social media plugins
I would like to point out that there are no iframe-integrated social media plugins on this website. You will only find links on my website that lead directly to my profile on facebook, instagram and youtube.
Plugins and tools, hCaptcha
We use hCaptcha (hereafter "hCaptcha") on this website. The provider is Intuition Machines Inc 2211 Selig Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90026, United States (hereinafter "IMI").
hCaptcha is intended to check whether data entry on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, hCaptcha analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters a website with activated hCaptcha. For the analysis, hCaptcha evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the website visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to IMI. If hCaptcha is used in "invisible mode", the analyzes run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.
The storage and analysis of the data takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. If a corresponding consent was requested, the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 Para B. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
Data processing is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) contained in the Data Processing Addendum to the IMI General Terms and Conditions or the Data Processing Agreements.
